TUV certification on industrial products and facilities constitutes an internationally recognized confirmation that the product or industrial facility meets strict quality and safety requirements.

TUV Rheinland is a global group conducting, among other things, quality and safety tests for products and components worldwide, in accordance with international standards. The group was founded in Germany in 1872 and today has 490 sites (labs and factories) located in 61 countries around the world.

Euro 6 Standard

Euro 6 is a strict European Union emission standard designed to reduce harmful pollutants like nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and particulates (PM) from new vehicles. It sets strict limits especially on diesel engines, and requires advanced technologies like filters (DPF) and AdBlue to improve air quality.

Standard Highlights

  • • Goal: Reducing pollutants harmful to health and the environment.
  • • Effective Date: Introduced gradually for new vehicles in Europe and Israel starting 2014-2015.
  • • Regulated Pollutants: Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrocarbons (HC), and Particulate Matter (PM).

Engine Differences

  • • Diesel: Very strict standard, requires Particulate Filter (DPF) and SCR (AdBlue injection) to reduce NOx by 67%.
  • • Petrol: Limits on particulates (mainly Direct Injection) and improvement in NOx emission control.

Importance: Allows entry to Low Emission Zones (ULEZ) in cities and signifies a cleaner vehicle.
Euro 7: Future standard expected to replace Euro 6 and add regulation on non-exhaust emissions (like brakes and tires).

VOLTRONIC® G20 is a complete system for cleaning and protecting the fuel system. Developed from low-ash ingredients and meets EURO VI standard. The additive improves the performance and reliability of the fuel system and ensures smooth engine operation.

Usage

One bottle is sufficient for 100 liters of petrol, but should be used on a tank containing at least 10 liters. Pour directly into the fuel tank. Recommended for use every 10,000 kilometers, or more frequently if fuel quality in your area is poor.

VOLTRONIC® D22 – Diesel System Protection

VOLTRONIC® D22 is a high-performance cleaning additive protecting the entire fuel system in diesel engines. Specially developed for DPF systems (EURO II and EURO III standards), SCR systems (EURO V and EURO VI), Common Rail (CRDI) systems, and Pump-Injectors. Has extremely low ash content and meets EURO VI standard.

Usage
